First consultation
60 minutes, in person or by video, at a fixed price. If you instruct us within 30 days, it is credited against our fee.
Disputes, divorce, property transfers
Where the outcome also depends on the other side. You approve the cap in advance; in court, for each stage of the proceedings.
By the value of the matter
A fee based on the value of the matter under Slovak Decree No. 655/2004 or Czech Decree No. 177/1996, for example in inheritance or court proceedings.
