What needs to be settled

1. Limitation: every claim can be brought only for a limited time
2. Evidence: what you have in writing, in photos and in emails, and what was only said
3. Costs: the losing side usually pays the other side's costs too
4. Enforcement: whether the other side has the means to pay

What we do

1. We assess the chances, risks and costs and give them to you in writing
2. We send a letter before action and try to settle
3. If needed, we file the claim and represent you in court
4. After judgment we follow through to payment or enforcement
