2. Children: care, contact and maintenance, which the court settles together with the divorce or before it
3. Property and debts: dividing joint property after a divorce is subject to a time limit, after which a statutory default applies that may not suit you
4. The mortgage and the home: who stays and who keeps paying

What we do

1. We map the assets, debts, mortgages and income
2. We draft the agreement on the children and on dividing the property
3. We represent you in the divorce and the property settlement
4. If agreement is not possible, we run the dispute with a cap on costs
